Forest Fire Prevent Meeting Held in Dongguan Bontanical Garden

At the afternoon of 17OCT, the forest fire prevent meeting of Shuilianpian, Dongguan was held at Dongguan Botanical Garden. It mainly arranged Shuilianpian's fire prevent work.

At the meeting, the director of the forestry bureau transmitted the spirit of the city and province's fire present meetings held recently. The director of Dongguan Botanical Garden and commandant of the Shuilianpian forest prevent bureau Mr. Cai Chuxiong summit the fire prevent work from the year 2007 to 2008 and do the detail arrangement of the next step.He pointed out that facing the force of fire prevent, Dongguan Botanical Garden finished the fire prevent task by following the request of the government and by stronging the management of the organizations of fire prevent,the construction of building areas,kindlings,forest protectors,fire fighting groups.There is no fire disaster at all all through the year. Dongguan Botanical Garden received the title of advance unit from the year 2007 to 2008.

Dongguan Botanical Garden reviewed the Compact of Forest Prevent of Shuilianpian, Dongguan and The Project of Forest Fire Prevent of Shuilianpian Mountain in Dongguan Botanical Garden, and printed them to the related departments. After the meeting, Dongguan Botanical Garden arrange some departments to Shuilian forest area to do research of the fire prevent equipment and to speed up the course of constructing the roads on Shuilianpian Mountain.
